Mr. Graves serves Of Counsel in the Kansas City office of Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, a national law firm with offices in 7 principal cities of the United States. He has practiced law for over 50 years. Since his 1961 admission to practice before the Interstate Commerce Commission and the state and federal courts of Kansas, he spent 10 years representing business clients prior to becoming, in 1971, Chief Legal Officer, and subsequently, President, of a major publicly held Midwestern LTL motor carrier.
